Few construction firms in North Texas can show a body of completed quality interiors projects matching that of Precept Builders. Our Interior Projects have been recognized for expertise and attention to detail by the IIDA (International Interior Design Association) and QUOIN Award 2002 (the combined Dallas and Ft. Worth chapters of Associated General Contractors). The majority of our interiors opportunities are obtained in interview selection processes, where we are chosen based on our experience, capabilities and client references.
We are adept at working in a team atmosphere with Architects and Interior Designers, so that costs are minimized, scope is enhanced and construction durations are abbreviated.
