Overview |
Even though we can competitively bid with anyone, the majority of Precept Builders' Shell projects are delivered in a Construction Manager at Risk delivery system. The marketplace has placed tremendous requirements for speed-of-delivery on almost all of our projects. Accordingly, the majority of our owners have chosen to bring us online at the same time
as the Architect, so the two of us can work to abbreviate the preconstruction timeframe.
The bulk of our Shell work outside the church market can be categorized as Design-Build, Build-to-Suit and Renovation projects. Please take a minute to review a brief sample of our completed Commercial Projects.
